POWERS OF ATTORNEY

For the payment of the chosen product, you must read and accept this power of attorney through which you authorize Trimble Brazil Solutions Ltda. to represent you before the financial institutions authorized to operate by Central Bank of Brazil, negotiating and celebrating, in your name, exchange contract for conversion to US Dollars (USD) of amounts paid by you in Brazilian Real (BRL) and its transmission of payment to Trimble Inc. account abroad. Therefore, you hereby expressly grant powers to Trimble Brazil Solutions Ltda. to sign and present documents and contracts of any nature that may be necessary to formalize the exchange transaction with financial institutions, inclusively allowing them to provide your personal data to such financial institutions, to the extent necessary for the effective the payment remittance.
